I am from Mumbai, India. I am a medical student at NSUKPCOM. I received my BS in Biology from SUNY Geneseo. My interests are OB-GYN and General Surgery. I am currently the president of my school's chapter of Medical Student For Choice. I am passionate about working with underserved populations around the world and trying to improve good quality healthcare access. I volunteer routinely in 2 free clinics and recently helped set up a health fair for immigrant workers. I am a treasurer for our International Medical Outreach club and hoping to visit Galapagos for a service trip in July. I am currently working on a systemic review of the use of Ayahuasca as a mental health treatment. I am excited to share my experiences on this platform, connect with students, and hopefully give you the motivation that it is NOT impossible.
