Martina is a fourth-year medical student at Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia. She is originally from Brescia, Italy. After finishing high school, she moved to Los Angeles where she attended UCLA and graduated with a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. After graduation she took a gap year to conduct basic science cancer research at UCSF before enrolling in medical school. Martina will be applying to general surgery residency during the 2023-2024 Match cycle.
